Thirty Four (Unedited)

Week had passed, our regular classes have also started, I have 28 units for this sem. I've also bought uniforms, shoes and new bags, everything is still easy, I'm a bit culture shocked, I'm also basing the whole Uni so that I don't get lost.

Today is the submission of our essay that was done last week. I don’t know if what I did and what I wrote here was right. Well, I hope that's right.

Exactly one pm our professor arrived, so I hid the phone and other uneccessary stuffs on my arm desk before arranging to sit down.

"Okay, class. We met last week but I couldn't introduce myself, I guess I was nervous." He said, I can't help but to smile, because don. Some of our professors too, so don. "I'm Kiano Centeno, sir Ian na lang para easy ang buhay natin, but before that please prepare an index card, put your name, age, section, year and if you have yourself a picture of you, I'll really appreciate that. " He said we did it right away. We passed one by one as well.

He also called, I don't expect him to let us read it in front of the whole class. I looked at my writings, I don't think this is something to share with this bunch of people. I wasn't oriented like this.

"Andrano, Heaven Callista." I just slightly raised my hand to say it was me. "Wow, nice name ah, like heaven ah. Come in front and share yours." He said and pointed to the front where I should go straight.

I fake coughed before looking at my paper, s**t, I'm nervous, they might laugh.

"Ten years from now." I start and quickly look around.

"What will life be like? What could i possibly become.

I sat down and hid the paper I was holding, they just followed me with their eyes, from the time I was in front until I sat down.

"Wow, the depth is non Heaven, hashtag tight heaven." Suddenly our prof spoke which made everyone laugh. "Thank you for that, by the way." I just nodded in response. "Okay next!"

"Then? Are they clapping? They should just not." I laughed because of what Gray said. He really can't run out of stretch.

He saw me earlier while buying lemonade near the law building, there is a small store don, he called me, I saw the impact of Brent again. He was my highschool suitor, he was my older brother's bestfriend, then they were friends with Gray, what a small world, I even sneered when we were at the capitol last week.

He said goodbye to his friends and said that he would take me around, I didn't refuse since I really want to master it, it's not as big as my school before, but of course since I'm new here, I'll really have a hard time.

"What's your course?" Suddenly I asked, because I don't know, I didn't ask last time we met.

"Ah, is it the first course or the current one?" I looked at him, waiting to say it was just a joke, but he looked serious.

"Wait, this is your second course? How old are you?" I asked him with a frown.

"There's no question of age. What's that, I'm only 16 sister." He said and laughed at me.

I hit him before slapping him. I was asking for a good apron, so he answered me. I couldn't talk to him politely anymore.

"Just a joke, you're very serious there. Marine Engineer is my first course I finished, now I'm Civil Engineer. I'm not very good and angry at math, I'm just really good."

"What did your brain think and did you think to get here now? Don't you still want to work, and earn your own money? Why study many courses?" I'm curious. Who wants to be just a lesson, right?

"Ah, I'm an irregular student here, I have a job." He replied.

"What do you do for a living? Do you already have a license?" He nodded and took his wallet, he handed me his ID. Wow, yeah. He is really licensed. "You don't look like you have this."

He smiled. "Yes, a lot of people also said, I think I'm tired."

I just laughed and shook. "You looked like you were there when I saw you at SM. I thought you were begging non eh." Liar, he looks like a diva model? Ichoserang gay.

"Wow, it's a pain, you know you're already there, I still have work to do, maybe this beggar is sick." He said and started walking. I just laughed as he walked.

"Remember!" I chased him before he could get away, he just waved his hand as a sign that he heard me.

I stayed for another ten minutes before leaving, I first went to the foundry near here in the school, my classmates said there are many good pens don, I bought somw before going home to my apartment

"What the f**k ?!" I couldn’t stop screaming when I saw that someone was in my bed.

"That's how you greeted me today huh ?! Why didn't you tell us where you were going to study? We thought you were just coming in late. What a week you're still gone!" He photographed me while I was taking off my shoes.

I just laughed because don. "I told Asher I'm going to study here, haven't you seen each other yet? I thought you were together in a building?"

"You're crazy! I'll tweak you, come here! You're crazy !!" Instead of being annoyed, I just laughed when he pulled my hair.

Chloe is one of my close friends in manila, well not a bestfriend, hindi ako mahilig makipag bestfriend talaga, but she's my closest among the four. I have no idea how the hell she found me here. Well, she have to know everything.

After he tweaked me, I told him to eat, I brought something from mcdo, it's a good thing and there is, if it's not really broken, this one will look for food.

"So how are you here? Well, Tita let you study here? I really thought we'd be together at UST, that's what we talked about last summer, right? How dare you dumb bitch." He said and took a bite of the burger while looking at me wickedly. "Backstabbing that bitch."

He looks really disgusted. I just laughed and arranged my other belongings, the apartment I got was not too small, enough to cater and at least 30 to 40 people.

"So how are you here? Is there a lot of pogi and daks like UST? Kwento kiri!" He said and screamed sharply.

"Stupid, I've never been to UST you know that, what's up? Are you crazy? Are you sure you're still a virgin? Get well!" I almost shouted, his eyes widened because of what I said.

"You shameless! You rude mouth Heaven! Heaven name, hell habit." He still laughed, so I pulled his hair, causing him to scream and he fell in his place.

"Whatever. Get out, I have a lot to do today, I have take home activities, and I need to do some advance readings, it's hard to be able to leave me." I said and went into the bathroom to wash and brush my teeth, I don't feel like eating much, so maybe after that I'll be able to sleep as well.

I went out without hearing any more noise, maybe my visitor left. I took my bag and took out the binder, ballpen, highlighter, and took my laptop out of the cabinet, and locked it again, not for the unsuspecting, I was just really used to that. I keep my things in order, always.

I also mixed milk and took cookies, before sitting down at my study table. I noticed a paper bag on my bed, I stood up and took it.

Happy birthday, dumb b***h. Stay safe, and virgin.

I laughed and almost choked, what the f**k is her problem? This weirdo nerd. I opened the paper bag and saw a small box inside.
