There was almost nothing Felicity wouldn't do to get under her mate's skin. Every time she whispered something into Kevin's ear or leaned in to peck his lips, Eric's eyes would narrow for a split second. He seemed to watch her and her date, not paying much attention to the discussion at his table.
"Baby, are you okay?" She heard Lynn ask him after a while.
He shifted his gaze to Lynn's face at that, "Err, what?"
"I asked you if you were okay," his mate to-be told him in a worried tone.
