Jack I wasn’t eavesdropping, not on purpose anyway. It wasn’t my fault that the walls were so damn thin. The lack of soundproofing came in handy sometimes for keeping tabs on what was going on in the house. I couldn’t make out exactly what was being said, but I heard the low rumble of Phoenix’s voice coming from her room, and Robyn’s sweet alto, rising in volume, and sounding unhappy.
