One sided love

With their lips inches apart both stared at each other eyes without blinking... "What's that sound, what happened?", Kevin came running to see what happened but finding Zara under Aiden he paused suddenly, clutching the wall. He tried to control his laughter but he couldn't hold it for any longer, so he burst out laughing, seeing this cool pair romancing in the inventory. On the other side of the room, Dr. Arnar also came rushing after the loud thudding sound he heard just to see Aiden and Zara on the floor almost kissing each other. That was not what he expected when he heard that big sound, so seeing both like that got him quite shocked. 

Zara's POV

It is always a good feeling to be close to your loved ones but not all are lucky in that part. But what can I say it is my lucky day and feeling Aiden on top of me gives me feelings which I haven't felt before. Being good friends from childhood, I have this strong feeling towards him that pulls me like a magnet to him. Staring into his beautiful eyes, I can see my entire future with him. Not that he has the same feelings towards me, but I don't want this feeling to get into our friendship. Those beautiful eyes of him can keep me hypnotized for years and I won't feel bored to stay under him like this. I hope we'll have a future together it is not like we can write ours but still, we can always hope. 

"Are you both okay? Anyone hurt?", Arnar asked in a concerned tone, running to Aiden. "Ahh!, yes I'm fine, Are you okay, Zara?", Aiden asked Zara trying to get up holding Arnar's hands. "UH!!, yes I guess...", Zara stretched her words uneasily while Aiden lends his hand to Zara. She tries to get up from the floor and manages to stand. Aiden looked at the floor and sighed to see it wet from the cold temperature around them. "Uh, Ar, you spoiled a romance session", Kevin dramatically said in a sad tone while Aiden rolled his eyes, ignoring Kevin's statement. "Kevin, hope you value your....", Zara was about to say something but she was interrupted by Kevin's loud cry, "NOOOOOOO!!! I value it so fu*** much!". Aiden and Zara burst out laughing at his adorable expression. "Captian, here are the holders, and boxes", Robbie's cute robotic voice informed, standing behind Aiden and Zara. Dr. Arnar took a box and a holder from his robotic arms while Aiden grabbed the others. Zara went close to the sub vault and unlocked it.

"Wow, this is beyond my imagination", Zara's eyes widened looking at the huge glass shelves of Titanium in all the states like solid, gas silos, and even liquid silos. The vault was quite larger, Zara and Aiden stepped behind Arnar, carefully. The temperature was so cold in there which felt like walking inside an ice freezer. "I miss my sweaters!", Kevin twitched his mouth as he tried to heat up his body by scrubbing his hands. "Well, I'm sorry I forgot to tell you earlier", Arnar said, looking at Kevin sadly. "Ar, we need solid right?", Aiden asked as he stood before the solid silos, with Robbie and Tobbie behind him. "Yes, Aid! We will also need liquid Oranium and gaseous Zirconium to coat the speedy 127's walls", Arnar said, walking to Aiden. "Take around 300g which will be sufficient to prepare the alloy and I'll get the liquid Oranium. Kevin, can you take the Zirconium 100g mini cylinder from the storage, so we won't waste time?", he turned to Kevin who was digging something there. Kevin nodded at him positively, raising his thumb in assurance. "Alright, Ar!. Kevin take Tobbie with you, so you won't mess things up there", Aiden said sarcastically, while Kevin rolled his eyes and Zara burst out laughing. Arnar, Kevin, and Tobbie walked out of the room to collect the other ore materials. Aiden and Zara opened the mini silo tube and began to collect the semi-liquid Titanium in the box which Robbie was holding in his robotic arms.

"Why is this in a semi-liquid state? Didn't Arnar ask us to get it in solid form?", Zara asked curiously, gazing at the liquid state running through the tube. Aiden chuckled a bit, looking at Zara's adorable expression. "Nah!, this is will turn solid when we leave this vault because of temperature variation", he explained and she nodded at him. The liquid loaded the box pretty quickly, "Captain, it's full!", the small robotic creature, Robbie notified Aiden who locked the pipe's nozzle. "Done! We should get out, it's freezing here!", Aiden urged, handing the box to Robbie who caught it instantly. Aiden, Zara, and Robbie paced out of the Titanium vault to the main inventory. "Ah! Compared to that, this one is not that colder", Zara sighed in relief as she leaned on the metal wall around them. Aiden nodded at her with a small smile.

[RINGING SOUND FROM AIDEN's PHONE]

"Ah! who is that now?", Aiden pulled the phone from his jacket pocket and answered the call. "Hello, Aid!", Dr. Benjamin spoke on the other side in a tensed voice. "Hey Uncle Ben, what's going on? Why do you sound worried?", Aiden asked while uncle Ben hesitated to speak further. "Uncle, you can tell me, what happened? Anything serious?", he assured him to speak freely. "Okay, so I have found something so strange while we were observing the space borders and other angles. And, you said me to inform you if something odd appears right? Here is this particle that is so strange in our space border a few light-years away.", uncle Ben explained the situation in a single breath. Aiden remained still for a couple of astroseconds then, "Just measure its altitude and basic measurements and I'm on my way", Aiden said, looking at Zara who nodded at him with an assuring smile. "Should I inform others or the President?", uncle Ben asked, doubtful. "Not necessary, just hold on till I get there, uncle", Aiden cut off the call and dug his phone in his jacket. "I have somewhere else to be...", Aiden informed Zara and rushed out of the vault.
