The red light and the danger alert sound packed the ship. “Captain, there is an anonymous attack on our West Wing”, Lucy’s voice informed Aiden about the current situation. “WHAT!? Didn’t you keep an eye on the ship’s orbit and surroundings? Why didn't the warning system recognize it earlier?”, he shouted in confusion as he reviewed the outside view of the West Wing through the prime display. “The signal was anonymous, so the warning system couldn't capture it.”, she replied him. “ What anonymous? How can we not recognize it with our current technological development?”, he asked as he walked near the ship’s window and peeked out to check if something is suspicious.
“DANGER! THE FUEL IS LEAKING”
“DANGER! THE FUEL IS LEAKING”
“Captain, we have no time to waste now. The fuel tank is oozing and we have to stop it”, she said and an image of the fuel leakage appeared on the display. Aiden’s eyes widened in shock as he ran near the display to take a closer look. “Oh Shittt!!!, the fuel is leaking very fast. It has to be stopped as soon as possible”, he shouted and scratched his head in dismay. He took a deep breath and locked his eyes. “Think of something, Aiden, come on!!”, He murmured to himself and thought for an astrosecond. He again took a deep breath and opened his eyes. He felt a bit relaxed. “ Lucy, check the damage rate of the West Wing now”, he instructed her and clutched his red suit from the table locker. Lucy started checking the damage rate of the West Wing and presented the result in the display. Aiden took a look at the display and observed the data. “Captain, the fuel tank is leaking at 600 km/hr speed. We have to stop it in 11.37 astrominutes if not we’ll lose all the fuel”, she notified him about all the details. "Alright, this mission is getting for adventurous, isn't it?", he asked and started wearing his spacesuit. "Yeah yeah! It will be great if we return in one piece", she replied and he laughed. “So where are the quarter bots of mine?”, he asked her as he zipped the coat. “Captain, they’re in Hibernation Charging Ward", she informed as she checked their current state and location. “I’ll get them now!”, she said and worked on it. The displays showed a few random data and at last, it was done.
“HIBERNATION MODE OFF!”
“BOTS ARE READY WITH CHARGE 78%”
The robotic voice notified the ship. “I’m leaving to the West Wing now, ask the bot to bring all the tools and patches”, he directed Lucy and fastened his helmet. “Got it, Captain! Please position under the scanner, lemme check the status of your suit”, she said and waited for him to position there. “It’s an emergency, this is not required. I’m leaving now!”, he walked near the dutch door when he was stopped by Lucy’s robotic voice. “Captain, this is a must. Safety first! Please position there, Captain”, he groaned and stepped back to the Suit Status Scanner, Lucy ignited the scanner.
BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP
“SUIT STATUS SCANNER IGNITED SUCCESSFULLY!”
As he stood under the scanner, the robotic voice notified. “Set in fast mode, I don’t have time, Lucy”, Aiden said in an urgent tone. “Sure Captain, just a few astroseconds!”, she assured him.
“SCANNER ACTIVATED”
The scanner activated, it checked the fuel, oxygen, power, pressure, and the machinery components’ damage status.
“FUEL - 99%”
“O2 LEVEL - 90.4%”
“POWER - 82%”
“PRESSURE - 70%”
“COMPONENTS - NO DAMAGE DETECTED!”
The robotic voice informed him about the suit’s status. Aiden quickly stepped out of the scanner in hurry and ran to the door. When he was about to leave he was stopped by some creatures’ voices. “We’re back, Captain”. Aiden turned and looked at the mini creatures, the quarter bots with a heavy bag at their back. “Ah! Finally, now come on, Bee and Bug”, he said and ran through the control room to the West Wing in a hurry. Bee is a mini bot that can travel to any height and Bug is another mini bot that can get inside any nook and corner. Both the quarter bots followed him, as the bee flew behind and the bug ran behind him. “Captain, what is the emergency, and where are we running like a maniac?”, the funniest and at the same time sarcastic bot, Bug questioned as he ran behind him. “Bug, something struck the West Wing and the fuel is leaking. If we all want to reach home in one piece then we have to end the fuel leakage”, he explained as he took a sudden turn to the left and grabbed the notch opener which was lying on the table. “OH!!! s**t!!!!!!!!!!”, the bug yelled as it crashed on the nearby alloy table because of Aiden’s sudden stopping. “HAHAHA!!!”, the bee chuckled at it. Since it was flying, it escaped from crashing into pieces. “Argh! It’s an emergency so please do have some responsibility my useless bots!”, he shouted at them and ran towards the West Wing opening. “Grab yourself together and get your ass here fast, Bug! Bee, you follow me now”, he ordered them and opened the notch. “Yes, Captain. We’ll be there with a few astroseconds”, Bee replied and looked at Bug. Bug’s one leg was crushed so he wasn’t able to move out. Bee stimulated the self-repair program of Bug’s bot system. “It will take 4-7 astroseconds. After that your leg would be good as new. You better step carefully from now on”, Bee said and sped behind Aiden.
“WEST WING ENTRANCE OPEN!”
The robotic voice announced. Aiden and Bee got out of the ship and stared at the fuel tank which was leaking so terribly. “OMG!! We have just 7.3 astrominutes left to stop it. Do you have the tools to work on? Or is Bug having them?”, he asked as he studied the fuel tank pressure. “I’m having the tools bag and he is having the patches. I took the tools from him when I put him in self-repair because it will be helpful now, Captain.”, he informed Aiden who smiled at his smartness. “You prove you’re the smartest every single time, Bee”, he said, “Thanks, Captain”. Aiden looked up and pointed his hand at the damaged area, “Bee, now check what the fu** is the problem and port me”, he said and the Bee flew up and began to test the area. Bug ran out of the ship after his self-repair program as he locked the entrance.
“WEST WING ENTRANCE LOCKED!”
He ran through the ship’s body and reached the fuel leaking region. “Captain, is there anything I can help you with?”, he asked Aiden who was observing something. “What is that, Bug?”, he asked Bug as he pointed at the suspicious alloy that was sticking on the ship’s metal skin near the fuel tank. Bug turned and looked in the pointing direction. "I'll check it out, Captain", he said, walked to it, and began to analyze it using its tools. Meanwhile, Bee here, “Captain, there is some kind of weapon stabbed in the fuel tank’s nozzle. It is causing higher pressure and thereby making the fuel leak. If it is detached and patched we can stop the fuel from further leakage”, informed Aiden about the damage. “Bug, join me up there after analyzing, do take a sample of it”, he instructed Bug and moved up to the fuel tank. “Yes, Captain”, he said as Aiden worked on removing the weapon using various tools. Bug took a sample of the metal, dug it in his storage, and ran to the fuel tank. Aiden turned to Bug, “Bug, get inside the fuel tank and check out how big this fu*** metal is. This thing is not coming out at all”, he asked and tried to uproot using his space tools. “On it, Captain”, Bug nodded and jumped into the fuel tank which was filled with liquid hydrogen.
SPLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSHHHHHHHH!!!!
After analyzing it for a few astroseconds, “Captain, this is quite large and heavy, I can help you by pushing it up with my battery power”, Bug’s robotic voice came from the fuel tank. “Okay Bug, I’ll try to pull up, we have to somehow take this thing out”, he said and began to pull it up with his full strength. Bee observed the situation for some time and, “Captain, this is a complete waste, I have a better plan”, Bee buzzed in his robotic voice near Aiden’s ears. “What is that, smart bot?”, he asked curiously. “We can use the pressure of the vacuum pump which will fit this stuff perfectly”, he said and waited for Aiden’s reply. “Bee!!!! You’re the best!!!”, he squealed with a wide grin on his face. Bug came up from the fuel tank and twitched his mouth. “Ah! And what about me, Captain?”, he asked. “OMG! You both are the best! Now wait here and I’ll be back with our ship’s vacuum cleaner. It should be able to help since we no need more pressure to pluck this thing out”, he said and moved to the West Wing entrance and opened it.
“WEST WING ENTRANCE OPEN!”
The robot informed as he entered inside and ran to the storage room. He searched all the places in a hurry but was nowhere found. He dug the metal storage and finally spotted it in the corner. He ran and grabbed it, he checked its battery which was sufficient to work with. When he was about to walk out he heard Lucy’s robotic voice, “Captain, be quick! You have just 1.87 astrominutes left!!”, she warned him in a serious tone. “Got it, Lucy. I’ll be back soon just take care of the ship’s trajectory orbit”. He said and ran out of the West Wing entrance and locked it.
“WEST WING ENTRANCE LOCKED!”
He moved to the fuel tank and took the vacuum cleaner's opening in his hand, “Bug, fit this vacuum’s opening to this object outer edge, and Bee, set the pressure point to the maximum. Let’s get this sh** done!”, he instructed them and they nodded. Bee set the pressure point to max and Bug fitted the opening after a harda** struggle. Aiden held the vacuum cleaner closer to him and signaled Bee to turn on the machine, “On it, Captain!”. Bee nodded and pulled the start holder with his puller tool, and…
HRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!
