The Cruel Alpha And The Doctor
The Blood Moon Pack has been expanding its territories over the last few years. Other smaller packs in the region could only watch helplessly as their lands were seized and their homes burned to the ground.
The Pack Alpha is cold and heartless, caring only about power and not the countless lives he has destroyed due to his selfish actions. Sabrina Carter comes from a small pack in the Northern region, but she has lived in the Human World for years. Today, she was out with her friends to celebrate. She had just graduated from medical school with her MD and was very excited that all her hard work had paid off. By tomorrow, she would start working at the most renowned hospital in the city.
Running into Alpha Asher at the bar was a complete coincidence. The Alpha almost never left his pack. And though Sabrina had only heard bad things about this man, she couldn't help but swoon at his good looks.
"Sabrina, you're drooling," her friend Becky commented. The girls looked at Sabrina with amusement as she wiped the corner of her mouth, horrified at the thought of drooling over that devil. Thankfully, Becky was just pulling her leg. "He's checking you out too. Why don't you go strike up a conversation?"
The she-wolf felt her heart leap in her chest at the thought of Asher showing an interest in her. With some subtlety, she glanced at Asher's table to find him watching her. Those gray eyes of his made her body heat up as they burned into her. Get a hold of yourself, Sabrina. But the Alpha was so handsome—it was hard to deny the attraction she felt toward him.
"Oh God, look, one of his friends is coming this way," Eleanor squeaked, quickly running her fingers through her hair as if it would make her look more appealing to the man.
"Hello, ladies. Sorry for the interruption," the Beta who walked up to their table gave Sabrina a smile. "Would you mind joining us? My companion wants to get to know you better."
Sabrina didn’t expect Asher to actually send someone to invite her to his table. Her face heated up, and she glanced at her friends, who urged her to go ahead. "No, I don’t mind at all." She straightened her dress and followed the Beta to where his Alpha was waiting. "Alpha," she said as a way of greeting. The man was even more stunning up close.
"Sit." Asher's voice was smooth and held a commanding tone that made it hard for people to defy him. If Sabrina had been an Omega or Beta, she would have had a stronger reaction to the command. She slid into the seat opposite him. The Beta whispered something to the Alpha and then disappeared to the back of the bar—the VIP lounge.
"What pack are you from?"
"T...The Moonshine Pack."
"Good." The man reached out to brush a strand of hair from her face. The touch made her tremble, and she had to press her thighs together to hold back her desire. The Alpha smirked, no doubt picking up the lustful pheromone she gave off. "I was almost worried you were from one of those wretched packs I conquered."
Sabrina didn’t know how to respond to that. She knew Asher wasn’t a good person from the moment she saw him, but the venom in his voice when talking about the neighboring packs he had extorted was unsettling. If she had been looking for more than a single night of pleasure from this man, she would have lost interest after hearing those words.
"Shall we go somewhere private?" the Alpha asked in a seductive voice. Sabrina nodded and let him lead her upstairs to the VIP rooms.

“Oh… God,” Sabrina moaned, her voice a breathless whisper as she clung to the edge of lucidity. A sharp gasp escaped her lips when Asher set a deliberate rhythm—deep, measured thrusts that sent jolts of electricity rippling through her body. Each movement hit that sensitive spot deep inside her, and behind her closed eyelids, bursts of light exploded like stars.
“So good,” Asher murmured, his voice low and thick with desire. He gazed down at her through heavy-lidded eyes, his tongue briefly darting out to wet his bottom lip. “You’re so good for me.”
The room filled with the primal sounds of their bodies moving together, the air thick with heat and tension. Asher’s weight bore down on her, each thrust pressing her deeper into the mattress. His fingers gripped her waist firmly, holding her steady as her body clenched around him, slick with need. The intensity of it all left her teetering on the edge, overwhelmed and undone.
A tight knot coiled in her stomach, winding tighter with each powerful stroke. Then, it shattered. A wave of pleasure crashed over her, violent and all-consuming, leaving her gasping. Her teeth sank into the curve of Asher’s neck to stifle the scream that threatened to tear free.
Asher groaned in response, his body trembling as he reached his own release, warmth spilling inside her. For a moment, they were lost together in the haze of euphoria. The Alpha was the first to pull away. He slid out of her and reached for some tissue to wipe himself clean.
The man didn’t give her another glance. She watched him dress himself methodically. Once he was well-groomed, he slid a credit card onto the cabinet beside her. "A hundred thousand. Buy yourself something pretty."
"I don’t need—" Sabrina started to say, but the man had already walked out of the room and slammed the door behind him.
"What a jerk," Sabrina said with a scoff. No wonder he was the most hated Alpha in the entire region. The man didn’t care about anyone but himself. But the s*x was good, and the fact that two Alphas couldn’t reproduce meant they didn’t have to use a condom.
Sabrina got out of the bed and began to dress herself.

Three weeks passed by, and Sabrina still recalled the amazing s*x, but she always brushed it off as a one-night thing. Asher was still as heartless as ever, extorting smaller packs that couldn’t possibly fight back and expanding his territory. At this point, his name was often associated with the devil. He had grown so powerful that even the Lycan King couldn’t do much to stop him.
Sabrina was about to get off her shift that day when she was summoned by the Director. The man eyed her warily as she took her seat in his office.
"We’ve received a message from the Blood Moon Pack. They want a doctor from our hospital to examine one of their Alphas whose health is deteriorating. You’ve been selected."
"A sick Alpha?" How rare that was. Alphas were the strongest breed of werewolves—they didn’t easily get sick. Also, Sabrina wasn’t even the best doctor in the hospital; she was surprised at being chosen for this task. Honestly, she wasn’t sure how to feel about it. If she happened to run into Asher, would he even recognize her? Maybe he had s*x with a lot of women. She wasn’t anything special.
"If I may ask, Director, why did you choose me?"
"You are one of the only few werewolves we have the pleasure of working with. And you are not from this region, so you aren’t prejudiced against the Blood Moon Pack. You are perfect for this task."
Well, that did make sense. But she still felt that the Director wasn’t being completely truthful, with the way he kept avoiding her gaze.
"Very well, Director. Thank you for the opportunity. I won’t let you down."
The very next morning, a luxurious car came to pick her up from her apartment. Sabrina had packed a few of her things; after all, the Director had said that the trip might keep her away for a few days.
The Blood Moon Pack didn’t play around when guarding their territories. The whole area was fenced, with troops of Alphas protecting the entrance. The pack house was a large mansion. Tall fences surrounded the property. The mansion had endless rooms, huge gardens, and long hallways that seemed to stretch forever.
The Beta who had approached her three weeks ago was there to welcome her. "It’s good to see you again," he said with a smile that didn’t quite reach his eyes. The man looked exhausted; the dark circles under his eyes were enough of a giveaway that he hadn’t slept for a while. Sabrina had questions regarding her mysterious patient but thought better than to pry. She would see for herself in due time.
She was led through the luxurious mansion, up a flight of stairs, and toward a bedroom. There were three people in the room, including the Pack Alpha, Asher Walker, who was seated on the three-seater with his head thrown back, staring at the ceiling rather blankly. The older woman and man beside him watched him with anxious eyes. The Beta closed the door behind them.
"The doctor is here."
All eyes turned to her, except for Asher, who still didn’t move an inch from his initial position.
"Um… Good morning. I was informed you had need of my services?"
The man and woman exchanged looks. The Beta behind her cleared his throat awkwardly at the choice of words.
"It’s more your presence that is needed than your services."
"How… do you mean? I was told by my superiors that there was a patient I needed to examine. If the patient’s condition isn’t severe, I might be able to treat it directly "
" Ms West, There is no patient. Our Alpha isn't sick...atleast not in that manner " The woman glanced once more at Asher them back at Sabrina who was standing stiffly, feeling very confused by what was happening. If there was no patient to treat, then why was she here? And was was the atmosphere so tense? " You see, Our Alpha is Pregnant. And you might be the mother "
" What?" Her jaw dropped.
