I dashed back inside and found Camilla standing by the couch. Catching up to her, I gripped her shoulders in a tight firm grip forcing her to look at me.
"You did that on purpose didn't you?" Glaring at her I gritted the words out.
Control it, Hunter, she's expecting.
"You're a pathetic liar! You went to her and said whatever the f**k came to your mind!" I said forcing myself to let go of her.
"What are you talking about Hunter?" She faked her voice in her usual innocence.
I rubbed a hand along my jaw then over my hair, losing control over what s**t had just gotten lose.
