Coming to the office this morning, I had long forgotten the complimentary appointment given to Dominic until I saw him standing amid the crowd ready to hit Caleb.
"What were you thinking Mr. Valdez?" I stood enraged at the handsome man across me.
Stop calling him handsome.
His demeanor was calm like that before a storm, and so were his eyes. "Something." The words rolled smoothly off his tongue.
"Would you explain why were you on the verge of hitting my secretary?" I took a step to him demandingly.
It turned out to be a bad idea when his cologne hit my nose. Memories of yesterday morning flood back in and I fought to hide my blush.
