Gregory counted us down and when he said go Anthony immediately moved to grab me, I avoided his grasp and elbowed him in the ribs, thrusting him in the nose with my palm before quickly moving back to my original position. Anthony looked shocked and a little .... impressed as he wiped a bit of blood that dripped from his nose. He went to grab me again and I again avoided this time using his momentum against him to pull his arm behind his back and kicking him forward, releasing his arm.
