"Now, tell me everything that happened in the last two days.", Diana said once we were away from the apartment.
"It started from a phone call…"; saying this, I narrated everything to her until now except my moment with Daniel, whether it was a romantic one or an ugly one. "This was it."
"This is it?", She asked, raising her eyebrow.
"Yes, this is it.", I responded.
"When you had to hold Lily's hand to stop her from attacking your mate. We both had seen her eyes changing for just a while.", She said, and my eyes widened in shock. "But we couldn't sense your wolf. How was that possible, Eva?", She asked, eyeing me suspiciously.
I averted my eyes and started picking milk, fresh bread, and other things.
"Eva..", She called my name, waiting for y answer.
