Three days. I’ve been held captive by my brother and mate in our pack for three days. At first, I didn’t want to leave the pack and was happy to take a day off. I thought that maybe I could spend some time with Dev. Unfortunately, he’s been busy trying to figure out how big our current problem truly is. He still makes time to see me in the evenings, but I can tell his mind is preoccupied. Not that I blame him.
It’s still fresh in everyone’s mind what happened at Sol not that long ago. None of us wants that to happen again. If that means my mate has to have all of his focus on that for now, I will just need to deal. Having said that, I will be putting my foot down and insisting they let me get back to my students next week.
