Marcus POV I sat up, disoriented, and saw we were back in our forest home. Bea was lying beside me, her eyes glowing with an otherworldly light. I felt a surge of relief as I realised she was okay, but then I saw her eyes, and my heart skipped a beat. I turned to Dwane, kneeling beside me, and he helped me up. "Let's get her to the hospital," he said, calm and reassuring. I nodded, still trying to process what had just happened. As we rushed Bea to the pack hospital, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong. Her eyes still glowed with an unnatural light, and I couldn't help but wonder what had happened to her.
