Mia's POV The black-clad man led me through a maze of opulent hallways, the air thick with the musky scent of expensive cologne. This was the inner sanctum of the Napoli mafia. I never thought I'd set foot in a place my mother had always avoided like a plague. Being here only pissed me off more with every step. The grandeur I'd imagined I was missing.
