I looked at the four of them for a moment.
“Of course! Jayce explained everything and I understand… for the most part. Let’s just put this all behind us.” I said with the best smile I could muster up.
Jayce and Avita smiled at me.
Leo nodded, “Okay then. Catch you guys later.” He waved and walked away from us.
I took a step forward but was stopped by Lilliana.
She stepped in front of me and looked down at me.
Then she pulled me into a hug, whispering in my ear, “I may have apologized, but we both know that I didn’t mean a word. Just remember, stay away from Jayce. He is mine. You can’t steal him from me and I wont let that Helena steal him either. If you don’t stay away from him I’ll make you regret it.”
