I took a deep breathe.
I had spent yesterday with Jesse by my side but today was different.
It was so hard to ignore Jayce, everywhere I was there he was.
It had felt like there was someone watching me all day.
But today was different. I didn’t have Jesse by my side this time and I was scared.
April, Ophelia, and Jesse were convinced that Jayce was seething with jealously but I reminded them that that wasn’t the goal. The goal was to get myself back to who I was before this and show the world that no one could mess with me again.
