Jesse Pierce and I
“Jesse wait!” I yelled from behind him, but he ignored me and opened the front door.
I had no explanation for Bella yet! Not to mention I was walking into the house a different guy then I left with. How was I going to explain that?
I needed to come up with something to tell Bella, I didn’t want to upset her.
But by the time I took my shoes off and walked into the house, Jesse had already Bella in a hug.
She looked over at me and raised an eyebrow. Bella knew the history between me and Jesse. I knew she was wondering what was going on and I would be bombarded with questions later. At least I had some time to think up something…I hoped.
“Jesse, it’s been a long time.” Bella said with a smile.
