Throughout the course of my life, I had done some tricky things to be honest, some were foolish things, smart things on a few occasions, ballsy things even for my own taste. Things so stupid that they could have ended up with me being dead in the end. But making myself Indi’s running mate and trainer within one second and without any second thought, in a way felt more dangerous to me than having an enemy pack attack us on broad daylight. Even though I had immediately offered myself up to train her, in full honesty, I did second guess myself and my choices right this second. Because this time, it would be my heart out on the line here, and I would be the fucker ending up hurt in the end, if she would push me away like I deep down knew she would do.
