It was happening again.
Leon's frequent disappearances.
His black moods.
His dark scowls.
I didn't know what caused this sudden change. Hannah told me it was like he reverted back to the person he was before he met me. I was careful around him. Everyone was careful around him. Even John, Rohan and Skull were careful around him. So whatever it was that was happening, it was serious.
I tried not to let it affect me, not to let it affect our relationship. But with every single day that went by, he seemed to only get worse and worse. He became withdrawn, barely spoke a word. I didn't get a good feeling about this. It was like he was pulling away from me.
Unnerved, I tried to talk to John about Leon. To ask him what was wrong with my boyfriend. But he only told me that nothing was wrong.
