Josh hung up the phone and made his way to bed. He lay there with so many thoughts on his mind. No matter where they started, they ended with Maya. Maybe tomorrow, he could get a feel for what she was thinking. It was somewhat unbelievable that he considered asking her about pursuing a relationship. He could hear her music down the hall and wondered what she was doing. Today, she seemed to have much more control of her heat. Maybe she didn't need him to help as much as she thought she did in the beginning. He decided to spend some time in the school library next week to find anything that might help her.
