Maddie's Point of View
"A-Alphonse… what are you doing here?" I asked and had an irrational feeling of guilt for no apparent reason.
On the other hand, his expression was dismal, his eyes had an electric quality. They momentarily appeared as though they were going to explode into flames, and his voice was filled with rage as he asked, "What about you? Why are you outside meeting him here?!"
I could not utter a word.
I was terrified and wanted to explain myself, even though I knew he had gotten something wrong.
However, at this time, Ryle pulled me in my arm and sternly confronted Alphonse's gaze and grinned. "What do you think we are meeting here? Can you guess?"
My eyes widened at Ryle, getting frustrated why he kept provoking him.
