Lea was pinned against the wall, her neck in the grip of Jayden's sharp claws. Jayden's silver eyes stared into hers and Lea saw sharp fangs peeking at the corners of his mouth when Jayden got angry.
Nada groaned in fear, feeling Black's anger that threatened Lea's safety through Jayden's actions.
"Jay, can you please calm down? What are you so angry about? Did I offend you?" Lea said hoarsely, as Jayden's claws pressed against her throat.
