Brent had to lead me through the woods, and we were now in the line of others waiting to get into the grounds for the rave. I was nervous. The music was so loud it was making the ground beneath us vibrate. Holding my hand Brent takes out his phone and puts it to his ear. "Hey, Kenny. Yes. Yes, we're here, Kenny." Brent laughs. "We're in line. Wh-" Brent pauses and shakes his head. He didn't look annoyed, just like he was waiting for whoever he was talking to finish. "Yes, yes, she is here with me. I know you're excited to meet her. I'm excited for you to meet her too." Looking at me, Brent winks. "Kenny, tell Andre I will call him once we're through this line and in. It's hard to hear you. O- yeah. O- Kenny. Okay. Buh-bye" This Kenny person must have been the type to interrupt a lot. It was odd because Brent was speaking to them like they were a kid.
I must have been holding the question on my face. "You'll love her. She is very excited to meet you." I do a slow nod trying to read his face. He wasn't giving anything away. I stood beside him, holding his free hand, pulling it; he places me in front of him. He loops his arms under mine and leans to rest his chin on top of my head. Brent was tall; he'd told me he was 6'2 when I finally was curious enough to ask. I wasn't short, but I sure as hell wasn't tall; I stood at about 5'5. Or at least that was the height given to me last time at the doctor's office. It felt as though I might have shrunk over the last couple of years. The line didn't take long to move. Hitting the front, Brent hands a guy with a mask over half his face our tickets. "Enjoy the show." He smiles and directs us forward. Once on the grounds, it was hectic. The number of people was astounding.
Sprawling out in front of us was a huge field, and the stage was lit up further out. It was a mixed artist line up; I'd heard of some of them but not all. Some people had blankets out on the field and looked to be vibing, while others were up and dancing. But closer to the stage, it looked like a sea of human bodies, the dancing creating a wave effect. I'd been to concerts before, but this was different. Everyone was smiling; I couldn't spot one person not having a great time. I'd been to some events before and felt the need to leave early. All because they weren't as thrilling as I had hoped. This was not that; this was pure entertainment. Spotting a girl with rainbow light-up shoes, I get excited and pull Brent's hands to get his attention. I point. "You like those? We'll have to find you some. I bet if we look hard enough, we can find someone selling them in a booth." He says, grinning. "Oh! Yes! Please!" I was hyped and ready to explore.
I tug again on Brent's hand and point to some of the booths, "Hold on, Princess." Taking out his phone, he scrolls and then puts it to his ear. I go back to looking around. My heart was beating so fast; I wanted to run around and take it all in. "Yo, where you all at? We made it in, and we're near the entrance." There was a slight pause before I hear Brent continue, "Okay, yeah, tell her. We'll wait here. See you in a bit." Brent places his phone back into his pocket and tugs me in. "Kenny is coming to find us, so we need to stay still a moment." I pout. I did not want to stay still. "I will take you to any booth you want once she shows up. I promise." I lay my head against Brent's chest, and he wraps his arms around my waist. His scent filling my nose, I breathe it in deep. It reminded me of a mixture of new suede and deep dark spice. I would have to ask him later what cologne he used to spray it on everything I owned.
Closing my eyes, I let the music pulse through me, and the warmth of Brent's embrace comfort me for a moment. Brent's energy was so tangible. Safe. It felt like home. "Too bad it won't last." I hear my mother's voice say. I wince. "You okay?" I pull up to look into Brent's face. I sigh a little heavier than intended and nod; I lay my head back to his chest. I can feel Brent's hand going into my hair. He massages my scalp, While his other hand goes to rub my back. He was such a physical touch person, and I was living for it. My love language had always been touch, but I never told anyone how much it mattered to me. I attracted the types who disliked physical contact unless it was s****l. It was disheartening because it made me feel there was something wrong with me.
"B! Yay! B! Over here, incoming!" A high pitched female voice causes Brent to pause his affections. "Might want to step aside, Princess." I freeze for a moment but look in the direction Brent was and step to the side at what I was seeing. Running towards us was the cutest full figured girl I'd ever laid an eye on. Her hair was half light blue and half white blonde, and it was up in high pigtails. She reminded me of a shorter, thicker version of Harley Quinn! Her short legs were moving her at a startling speed. The smile on her face was one of a delighted child. Brent bends at the knees and opens his arms. The ball of energy that I could only assume now was Kenny flies into Brent's arms. Her legs wrap around his torso as she'd jump far enough off the ground to skip his waist entirely. Her agility was remarkable given her stature. She couldn't have been over 5 feet. "Hey Kenny girl, missed you!" Brent places Kenny back on her feet.
Kenny jumps in place, clapping her hands together. "I am so friggin' stoked!" She immediately looks in my direction. "Oh my God! B! She is so pretty!" Kenny slaps a hand over her mouth while looking me over. I can feel my face flush. "Thank you. You're absolutely adorable." I compliment back. Kenny's face lights up. She was adorable, with those large ice-blue eyes and that sharp little nose that I was already jealous of. She looked like a doll. I was aware most women would have been worried or jealous, but I had never grown the quality. I could appreciate a beautiful woman, and it was obvious to me the relationship Brent, and she had was that of friendship. I was captivated by Kenny's high vibration. The lime green tube top she was wearing was not containing her large yet perky breast, and her underboob was peeking. Her high wasted shorts were metallic silver, and wouldn't you know it; she had a pair of those light-up tennis shoes I was coveting on the girl I'd spotted earlier.
"Those!" I said, pointing to her shoes. "Right?! My Da-" Kenny stops mid-sentence and looks to Brent. He smiles and nods at her as if he was approving. "M-my Daddy bought them for me. At the booth closer to where we are set up for tonight." I feel a tightness over my chest for a second. I, too, look to Brent. He gives me the same nod and expression he'd given to Kenny. My head snaps back to Kenny, "Y-you're like me?" I ask with a bit of hesitation. Kenny holds her hands in front of her for a moment. Twisting her fingers around, she looks at them for a moment before peeking back up at me. "Yeah. Brent said he thought it might be nice for you to meet another.. you know.. little." I wasn't sure how to feel. I had so many questions, but the little within me wanted to give Kenny a huge hug. I act on that impulse and find myself wrapping my arms around her. She smelled like bubble gum and vanilla icing. Kenny hugs me back and begins to giggle. "Aw. Hugs! Do you wanna go get you some shoes too?! They got so many colors!" I pull back from Kenny, smiling so hard my face hurt a bit. My eyes shoot to Brent. He was smiling too. "What do you say, Princess?"
"YES!" I hop in place so thrilled to have met someone who could understand. I had never met another little/age regressor before. Kenny takes my hand and laces her fingers between mine. "These events are perfect for people like you and me. The rave community is very accepting. Everyone is so busy vibing out to notice you. Plus, there are what are called rave Daddies and Mommies. So calling your partner such here doesn't cause an issue." Kenny explains. "It's why I come to as many as I can during the year; it allows me to be my authentic self in public. Feels great." She adds before nodding in the direction we were going in. Following her lead, I look back to see Brent following behind. I go to pause. "Go ahead, Princess; you two should get to know one another." He waves me on. He looked very pleased with the results of what had to be a setup. It was the kindest thing anyone had ever done for me.
"I know we kind of skipped names. Mines Kendra, but everyone calls me Kenny." Kenny was swinging our hands while we walked, and it made me giddy. "Mines Victoria, but I go by Tori. How long have you known you were a Little?" I wasn't sure if I'd asked this question too soon and bit my lip in regret. "I've known for 5 years. How about you?" Kenny answers me with no hesitation. I, on the other hand, do. "I-I. Only 3 years. How old are you?" It was hard telling Kenny's age. She looked to be no more than 23 years old, but her confidence in who she was spoke of someone older. "A lot of people guess me to be a lot younger than I am. I'm 27." My mouth drops open. "You're kidding me! There is no way. You don't look over 23." Kenny laughs. "I take it as a huge compliment." She says, squeezing my hand lightly. "As you should!" I laugh. "I can't wait for you to meet Andre. He's my Daddy. I think you'll really like him. He and Brent are close, and how he and I met."
I peek back at Brent; he was further back, but he was watching us closely. He towered over the other people walking around. I was curious to know if he was aware they were looking at him as he passed. For one, he looked like he belonged on the stage, not out walking around. He either pretended not to notice the attention he drew in, or he was oblivious. I couldn't imagine having that many eyes follow me. Tilting his head down, Brent gives me a slow wink. Now that was enough to make a girl trip. "s**t!" And trip I did. "Ope! You okay?" Kenny asks, stabilizing me with a hand to my shoulder. I look back again at Brent. He was holding back a laugh, his hand sliding from his cheekbones to his chin. Classic f**k boy style. He was a shithead. I scrunch my face and stick my tongue out at him. "Stop that!" I shout out back at him. Brent grins and props his head back lazily, still walking, and bites his lower lip slowly. His eyes travel my body, and his eyes stop at what I guessed to be my ass.
Brent rubs his hands together and then slaps them together. I knew exactly what he was insinuating, and I feel the butterflies take flight in my tummy immediately. I look forward not to trip again, but my mind was not on the shoes anymore. I was thinking of Brent's hands. I was thinking of the moment in the woods. His fingers pumping in and out of me. Him telling me he was going to fill my mouth when we got home."Fuck." I say out loud. "We're almost there. Sorry, I know it's a long walk." Kenny apologizes, taking my curse as a complaint. I don't go to correct it. I take one more look back and wish I hadn't. Brent sees me and slowly begins to remove his jacket. The muscles in his chest tightening, abs contorting as he pulls it back. Was it my imagination, or was this happening in slow motion? Once removed, he ties it around his hips. Taking a hand, he pushes his hair back, causing his traps and bicep in the arm he was using to flex. Lord have mercy.
I was not the only one staring, and I almost died laughing when a girl passing tripped as well. I stop Kenny and turn to watch. "Uh oh, is she okay?" Kenny asks. I don't answer and watch for Brent's reaction. And of course, Brent being who he was stops and goes to help her. Taking his hand, the poor thing was so red in the face she resembled a tomato in color. Her friends were laughing hysterically. "Laura! Girl, no, you didn't just-" Was all I could make out before they pulled her into their group to guard her against further embarrassment. Brent watched them as they walked away, hand in his hair, he shakes his head. He looks back toward me and smiles and then shrugs. He had to know what he did. There was no way he saw that as a happenstance. I roll my eyes. "We're almost there," Kenny says, pulling me suddenly forward. I was ready to be where we needed to be; my feet were starting to hurt. The chucks were great, but I'd just bought them. I really should have broken them in before wearing them.
"There they are!" I'm pulled harder and made to almost jog through a large group of people clumped together. I lose complete sight of Brent in the crowd. But I decide to trust that he would find us soon enough and continue to follow this new friend's lead.
