I felt bad for Tala, but I didn’t want to speak to her in front of her mother. It was clear that her mother was happy with the turn of events, but I couldn’t help but feel that Tala actually wanted more for her life. I was going to make sure that she got it, without breaking Ridley’s heart hopefully.
Tala’s POV
Luna helped me to get my school stuff for the next year, so I at least had something to keep busy with while I was under lockdown, and I really appreciated her support that I should at least finish school. She asked me what I wanted to study, and I was excited to talk to her about possibilities, since I knew that she went to university before she got together with the retired Alpha. I felt a little unsure of how we would do it, but she said to leave it all up to her
