“Did you bring a car?” I asked. He caught him glaring at me through the corner of his eye. I knew he was judging me all the time but I didn't care less about that. He was worse than I was if I was being practical. “Simply put, it's not technically mine,” he added with a shrug. I stared perplexed at him, clutching my necklace by its pendant in nervousness, “Then who is it for?” I questioned, my heart skipping several beats at intervals. A jeep stopped unexpectedly in front of us, its speed almost making me jump out of my very skin, “Surely you didn't forget who I was so soon?” The very much recognizable man smiled, his fangs sharp and seemingly brightened. “Hello X,” I muttered reluctantly, my heart remaining in a panicked state, “I didn't expect to see you here, nor in this country.”
