Once I’m there, I send a private message to Grey and Arsenal. “I found a way to contact the council. Jelena had a cellular phone. I was able to hack into the council system and contact someone there. They plan on calling me for a meeting. I have Jelena’s phone, but I need to find a safe place to hide it.”
