Logan looked at me with an unreadable expression before he turned around and walked out.
Seeing him leave, I breathed out heavily.
''Edon was going to kill me,'' I whispered, wondering why I said those words to Logan.
'' Do you want him to reject you?'' Magna asked.
'' Honestly, I don't know how to answer that. But he is the son of my enemy. I shouldn't be mated to him when all I want to do is to destroy his father. My taste for revenge is stronger than any bond I feel with him.'' I answered.
