His courage and politeness deeply impressed Lily.
Simon knew there was nothing he could do to make it up to Lily right now, but he could at least get her home safely.

His words made Tom a bit uncomfortable. He didn't want to be treated like some lowly driver. However, Tom reverently accepted the request, “Yes, uncle.”
