"Well, have you come to a decision yet?" Howard asked me. He and the rest of the council paid me an impromptu visit at my palace today. Lucky me.
"Kelly." I reluctantly answered, my eyes glued to my desk.
"Thank Goddess!"
"Finally!"
"About time!"
"When will your ceremony be held?" Howard pushed forward, not as satisfied as the rest of the group by my answer.
"We haven't discussed it yet," I said in a clipped tone.
"Well, let's fix that now. Call her up." He said with narrowed eyes.
With the entire council staring me down, I couldn't possibly refuse. I grabbed my phone and dialed Kelly's number, putting it on speaker phone and, of course, she picked up.
