Elena  The club was dark and loud, exactly as I expected it to be. Lachian was walking ahead of me, creating a path through the crowd. He hasn’t spoken a single word to me since our incident in the bathroom. If I would have known my actions would have produced that type of outcome I wouldn’t have initiated it. Hearing him on the phone with a woman I figured it was his mate or someone of importance. After all, why else would a grown man be calling to check in with someone? Since their voices were muffled, I couldn’t hear what they were talking about. Apparently, my assumption was way off.  But now things between us are awkward. And even though I shouldn’t care, I do. My goal was to break him. But it’s become apparent to me that he’s already broken. Staring at the back of him I can’t help
