This week has gone by in a blur. I have been avoiding Nick every time I can. I’m trying to make things obvious so that my best friend and brother don’t question me. Logan and I have been hanging out a lot. Everyone brought up the fact that we were dating each other. My parents didn’t like me dating someone who wasn’t my mate, but they respected my decision. I wish I could have told them it was all pretend, that I was only trying to mess with Nick, but I can't tell them that.
