There are several ways to take the life of someone without letting them know about it. It would take minutes and, in some cases, perhaps seconds to make a soul meet universe─ all one need is precise knowledge of human anatomy and courage to destroy one world to save another. In his case, it was his world that he was trying to save or so he believed. He has both of it─ Knowledge and courage furthermore, he has a reason─ a divine reason to destroy a world, love.
He loved Susan with all his heart. He had fallen in love with her the moment he had seen her. Until then, he had never believed in love at first sight, but after meeting her, he somehow knew that he had found the right person to hold unto until he meets his end. He knew that she was made for him and that they could be soulmate with ever-blossoming eternal love blessed with devotion and tranquillity.
He had never let her know about his feelings, but he was always there for her. He liked to look at her smiling, free and unaware from all the ugliness of the world and he wanted her world to remain the same─ with all the happiness and prosperity.
He was an admirer, obsessed with her beauty and caged in her love. He was contented just by looking at her and he wanted nothing more than that, but now the desires had taken over and he felt determined to make her his. He had had enough of the patience. He could no longer let some ugly men, having lewd intentions to play with Susan’s heart. She wasn’t made to face heartbreaks. She was birthed to be loved and pampered─ by him.
He wanted to touch her, hold her and love her with all he had. He wanted her to know that there exists a man who loves her crazily, more than she loves herself, that there is a man who is ready to go to any extent just to have her by his side, that he is ready to kill for her if requires and that he was capable of destroying worlds to create the world that has her and him in its soul.
It is easy to do multiple acts that would result in one death but it is hard to do one act that would result in multiple deaths all at the same time at different places. Susan must know that there is a man who is ready to protect her and she had nothing to be worried about as long as he is alive and for that he needs to kill him─ the Hussein Mohammedi. He had no other choice. His love needed sacrifices from others and he was ready to take it.
He has done it before. Taking life cannot be difficult. All it requires is method and timing, but this time he has to be extra cautious for one mistake can mess up everything. One mistake can snatch his Susan away from him.
The thought made him shiver and he started to contemplate the ways to kill him. How can he kill that scoundrel who dared to toy with Susan’s heart?
He can mix poison in his food, can pay someone to hit his car when the later goes to meet his girlfriend, that prostitute putting up at the red-light area, resulting in a bone crashing accident that would result in very quick yet painful death or he can use the Beretta Px4 lying in the lower drawer in his closet, but each one of them would create a fuss and there would be chances of his arrest in case he involves a third party.
He wants neither of them and so, he has to think of a way─ a middle path through which he can accomplish his mission without letting anyone know about it but her. He wants her to know that he has done all of it for her…for their love.
He decided to take a chance, a chance of meeting the scoundrel and letting him know that he was there to kill him.
He must aware Hussein of his sins for which he was punishing him. He should know the reasons and events affecting his death. He would tell him everything before he would watch that evil man surrenders his soul to the soul of the universe. He wanted to watch him repent and cry for hurting a fairy-like Susan in his final minutes on earth and he knew the moment had come to kill that lewd for her…for Susan and making her believe in his unconditional love.
“Susan, I love you!” He mumbled, staring deeply at his reflection in the mirror as he put on the thobe and smirked at the naked body of the lady lying in the pool of blood.
He had finished a story to begin a new chapter.
“You are mine and only mine, Susan! I don’t like to share.”
