Amy's words resounded in my head repeatedly. And I hadn’t moved an inch since she spoke. Her hold on my wrist was still painfully hard, but at this moment nothing bothered me.
Mandy was in critical condition and no one told us what happened or why. The drive to the pack clinic went by in a blur. I didn't register anything around me. My mind went to Blake and his family.
