Teddy's silence since we came back from the hospital has been bugging me. But what can I do? I don't think I have the right to ask him why he suddenly was cold towards me.
When we arrived back at the company, he headed to the boardroom shortly after. He didn't even say anything except that he was going there and I didn't need to come with. For all his meetings, he's always asked me to go with him.
I decided to just try and shrug it off then continue with my work inside his office, and of course, just wait for him. Less than an hour, he came back with his secretary. Ms. Zeanne acted professionally as she always does around our boss but slipped me a note along with the minutes of the meeting that just ended. She winked at me and left the room.
