Kleio and Tyron had just entered the main door to serve the two other cakes. Kleio immediately saw the choking child, and ran to his side. Tyron then put down the two cakes on the cake and cupcakes table. Afterwards he observed Kleio as she tried to give first aid to the little boy, ready to help her out if she needed help.
She expressed, “He is choking! How long has he been like this,” as she bend the child forward and gave him five back blows to try and dislodge the blockage. But it did not work and so she already carried the little boy, gave him five abdominal thrusts by holding him around the waist and pulling inwards and upwards above his belly button.
