Raven slowly opened her eyes to familiar surroundings. The sound of a loud click followed by the abrupt swing of her door is what had shaken her up from her slumber. She was vaguely aware of the muffled footsteps that sounded like they were approaching her and the steady pounding of her head, but she readily ignored them in favour of returning to her slumber. All of a sudden, a bright shaft bore down heavily on her closed eyes, prompting her to pull her heavy coverlets above her head with a deep groan of irritation. Unfortunately for her, her tormentor snatched her armour away from her exhausted form and threw them far beyond reach. She twisted her body around and plumped herself on her front so her face was testing directly on the bedsheets.
