Chapter Fourteen – Sarah-Sofia
I have no clue what is going on with Papa, he is acting all nice, not that he cannot act nice, but normally when he is all smiles there is an edge of danger to him, and you hold your breath waiting for what is about to transpire. No, this acting all nice is different, like he wants to scowl and be all moody. I can see the undercurrent of that in his eyes, but he is putting it aside for some strange ass reason.
I knew as sure as eggs were eggs that if mama had her heart on me dating the doctor she would casually tell him I was there.
