Yn
I walked into the prison, I signed in and grabbed a visitors pass. I was nervous, I haven't seen nor talked to Anthony in years.
I walked into the visitors room and saw so many guys and girls sitting down in badge uniforms. I looked around and saw Anthony, he looked completely different. He was buff and he had a mini afro, he had facial hair and he honestly looked amazing.
I walked toward him. "What kind of prison is this." I joked. "I thought men and women were separated."
He looked at me and smiled lightly. He jumped up and hugged me, "Oh Yn." He whispered.
I hugged him back, after our minute hug we sat down. "You look great." I complimented.
He chuckled. "Me? Look at you girl!"
I blushed lightly. "So, how are you?"
He sighed. "I don't know, life in prison is hard." He said.
I nodded. "Understandable, I've been in juvenile a couple times."
"Yn juvenile is nothing compared to jail." He laughed.
"Sorry, just trynna feel your pain." I stared at him for about 5 minutes. "Why?" I finally asked. "Why'd you do it?"
"Where do you wanna start?" He asked.
"Kidnapping." I said. "I wanna start with kidnapping."
He sighed deeply. "It was Wassiam's idea, she paid me to help her kidnap you until prom. She really wanted to go to prom with Chresanto Yn."
"So that means f*****g kidnap me?" I scoffed. "You were my Bestfriend why'd you go along with that s**t?!"
"It was around the time you wasn't there for me Yn!" He shouted. "Me and you wasn't on good terms, I felt like you betrayed me over a nigga you ain't even know like that." He said. "She paid me $150,000. Trust me, you would've done the same thing."
"5 more minutes!" A guard shouted.
I looked at Anthony.
"It's only 30 minutes long, be here early next week."
I nodded. "Okay." I whispered. I stood up, "See you next week. Okay?"
He hugged me once again. "Come back, please."
"I will, I promise."
"I'll walk you to the door." He said.
We walked passed everyone and stopped at the door, before I left out I saw somebody who I wasn't expecting at all. My whole body stopped and stared at her, she looked so evil. She gave me a devil smirk.
"Oh yeah." Ant said. "Your mom was transferred here about a year ago." He said noticing that I was staring at her.
"30 seconds left!" The guard shouted again.
I snapped out of it and looked at Anthony, I waved bye and quickly left the prison. I felt a tear stream down my cheek, what the hell is going on?
Bahja
I walked inside Pink Couture, it was a small boutique with barely any costumers, I don't have a clue on how Shania looks so I went to the front desk. It was a short, lightskin lady with freckles everywhere and short, blonde hair.
"Excuse me." I said. "Are you Shania?"
"No." She said. She pointed to her name tag, "Im Morello , how can I assist you today ma'am?"
"Where's Shania?" I asked.
She pointed to a lady sorting clothes. "She's right there."
"Thanks."
I walked towards the lady who wasn't paying any attention to me. She was a brownskin girl with long, curly weave. She had on bright lipstick and a sundress.
"What do you have that I don't?" I scoffed.
She looked at me and widen her eyes. "E-Excuse m-m-me?"
"Why are you stuttering?" I asked.
She shrugged. "I dunno."
She continued sorting clothes, I stepped closer to her. "I know what's going on with you and Craig." I said. "All I'm saying is it better stop right now, or I'm coming back."
She took a deep breath. "Tell Craig to stop coming over my house every night."
"What?"
"You heard me." She smirked. "Your boyfriend is the one that's running back to me."
I glared at her. "b***h you-"
"I'm at work." She said cutting me off. "As you can see, but we can meet up during my lunch break."
I sighed deeply. "When is your lunch break?"
"In 15 minutes." She smiled. "Meet me in the food court, I'll most likely be eating Chinese."
I walked away and out the store, who does this b***h think she is? She can't talk to me any kind of way!
I walked inside of Kids Footlocker, I was checking out some KD's for Kamren until my phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Bahja, hey."
"Oh hey Yn! How was the visitation?"
"It was ... okay, how was meeting Shania?"
"The b***h think she's the s**t. I'm waiting for her lunch break so we can talk."
"Oh..."
"Yeah, something wrong?"
"No it's just that, it was weird. I saw my mom in prison."
"The same prison as Anthony?"
"Yeah! I didn't even know men and women could be in the same jail."
"Me either, well did you guys speak?"
"No, it was all to much. I left."
"Well where are you headed to now?"
"I need to go home, change my clothes, then I'm heading over to the gym."
"Okay I'll meet you there later."
"Alright bye."
"Bye"
I hung up and grabbed the KD's, I went to the front desk. "Excuse me do you have these in a size 9?"
The guy turned around, he looked so familiar but I couldn't put my finger on it. I didn't really care though, he grabbed the shoe. "Let me go check in the back." He smiled.
I sat down and waited about 5 minutes until he came back out, he had the shoes. "Ready for me to ring you up Bahja?"
I scrunched my eyebrow. "How do you know me?"
He chuckled. "We were friends a while back, if you don't remember then forget it."
He rang them up. "Your total is $73.56"
I nodded and gave him my credit card. As he was swiping it, I stared at his features closely then his name tag. I immediately remembered him. I gasped and turned away.
"Something wrong Bahja?" He asked.
I shook my head. "No Manny there isn't, just ring me up so I can leave."
"Okay?"
He gave me back my card and put the shoes in a bag. "Have a nice day B."
I grabbed the bag and quickly walked to the food court, I wasn't expecting to see Manny.
Craig
"Chris your doing the move to early." I groaned.
"f**k it!" He yelled. "I'm done for today."
"We just started." I laughed. "Don't give up okay, this X tour has to be perfect."
He smacked his teeth. "Man f**k this X tour. I'm tired I haven't slept good in days Craig."
"I'll let you get some rest in a couple hours." I said. "But right now we really have to focus."
As soon as I was about to play the music again my phone rang. I looked at the caller ID and it was Shania, I smirked lightly.
"Hey Shi, miss me?"
"So you decided to let your baby mama come check me?"
"What?"
"Yeah, Bahja came up to my job Craig she wants to talk to me. I'm meeting her at the food court in 5 minutes."
"Don't go Shania, I have a feeling things aren't gonna work out."
"I got myself in this mess because I decided to have s*x with you, so I have to get myself out. I'll call you later and tell you how it goes."
"Shania are you listening to me? I said don't to!"
"Are you my daddy?"
"Last time I checked yeah, you called me that a million times in bed."
"Bye asshole."
Just like that, she hung up. I sighed deeply and turned my phone off, Chris looked at me.
"So your main chick and side chick are about to meet?" He laughed.
I nodded. "I guess it was Bahja's idea."
"You know this ain't finna be good right?"
"I had a thought." I said. "Anyway, let's do this one last time."
Bahja
I went to the food court and saw Shania sitting down on the phone, she had Chinese food in front of her. When she saw me, she quickly hung up the phone.
"So." I started.
She sipped her juice. "I don't know why your checking me when you should be checking Craig."
I scrunched my eyebrow. "You have a smart mouth."
She chuckled. "I hear that a lot."
"So you knew me and Craig were together?" I asked.
She scoffed. "Everybody and they mama know y'all liked eachother since elementary school! I'm not stupid Bahja, I'm up to date on everything."
"Your ruining somebody's relationship." I growled.
"Oh please like it was going well anyway!" She picked up her fork. "Craig tells me everything, I know how you accused him of cheating and how you complain about everything."
"I don't complain about everything!"
She grunted. "That's not what Craig said." She ate a spoonful of rice.
"So your okay with being a side chick?" I asked.
"Yeah. Wanna know why?" She looked at me. "Because Craig is gonna get me a ring, and your gonna be out the picture."
I rolled my eyes. "Keep dreaming sweetie."
"I would show you the messages but my phone is on 3% and your not worth all my battery." She smiled.
I stood up. "Your a lonely, heartless, b***h. You know that?"
She shrugged. "I've been told."
"Leave Craig alone."
"If I don't?"
I laughed. "Your funny, I like that." I grabbed her juice and took a sip. "I'm a lawyer, I can make your death look like an accident. Trust me, I've had cases like that before."
She widen her eyes.
"See you around." I said before walking away.
