Mid-rise, he summoned his mortal Aspect, and was already covered from the waist down by the time he stood steady on his feet again. He still wasn’t looking at me. I wondered if it was because he simply didn’t care, or if it was because the sight of me was that distasteful to him. If I were braver, I would have asked which one it was.
