I left Victoria with Ethel and asked Helen to monitor them closely. I had to make an important phone call and did not want to be disturbed unless it was an emergency.
The fact that Victoria's grandmother had come onto the scene changed everything. I was devastated for my mate that she had gone through so much.
Did it bother me that she had witch blood pumping through her veins?
