Lacey woke up to the smell of coffee. She looked around the brightly lit room and realized that they fell asleep during the movie. She also remembered opening up to Eric about Brett of all people and when he kissed her, it was so gentle and soft as if she would break into pieces if he kissed her hard. She remembered how hot she got straddling him as he planted kisses on her neck while gripping her waist.
“Good morning,” Eric stood there with only pajama pants on. Lacey admired his body, allowing her eyes to skin him from his head to his bare feet.
“Are you checking me out?” He raised an eyebrow.
“No,” she lied and he knew it since her red cheeks were a dead giveaway.
He smirked. “Sure, you weren't.”
“I was not checking you out. I was lost in thought.”
He laughed. “Okay, how about we drink coffee and then you can tell me what has you so distracted.”
“I'm not distracted.” Oh, but she was. They’ve only been official for a day and she’s already having dirty little thoughts. She had s*x with Brett the second time they met and he was married. Eric’s her boyfriend now so she really didn’t see the harm of wanting him in that way.
He sat next to her on the couch and handed her the coffee cup. She took a small sip and closed her eyes as she enjoyed the taste of the rich flavor. “What do you have planned for today?” He asked.
“I don’t know. I feel like I need to just get away, you know? With everything that happened to me recently, I just need to get away.”
“Okay then let’s do it,” Eric shrugged.
Lacey squinted her eyes. “And where would we go?”
“Anywhere you want. In fact, you pick the place and I’ll book the tickets.” Eric reached under his table and pulled out a map.
“You keep a map,” Lacey inquired.
“Yes, I like to think that I’m old school. GPS’s are overrated.”
“You sound like my grandad, God rest his soul,” she giggled.
Eric opened the large paper on the table. “He was a wise man.”
“Yes, he was.” She missed her grandad. They were very close and he would always call her his baby girl. He knew she loved to dance so when she would visit him, he would take her to The Paramount in downtown Seattle to see different Broadway shows. When she found out he had terminal cancer, it shattered to pieces, but she did everything she could to make sure his last days were enjoyable. When he passed, she was hurt, but she was also happy that he was finally at peace and with knowing that, she was able to be strong.
Lacey looked on the map and the one place she dreamt about visiting was Shanghai. She pointed it out and Eric began to search for first class flight tickets. His phone rang in the mist of him looking and without thinking, he answered.
“Hello.”
“Hey Eric, it’s Shondra,” spoke on the other end of the phone. “Are you busy?”
“Actually I am. Lacey and I are looking for flights to Shanghai.”
“Shanghai? Why there?”
“That’s where she wanted to go.”
“Want some company or is this a romantic getaway,” she asked. “I noticed you and Brett have been distant with each other. Maybe this trip is what you both need.”
Eric was getting a little annoyed with how Shondra would just invite herself into almost everything.
“Honestly S, I just want it to be Lacey and I.” He didn’t want to be rude to his friend, but he really wanted this trip to be special. He also knew that if Shondra wanted to come, then that meant Brett was coming and that’s the last thing he wanted.
“I think we all should go and make this a couple’s trip. I’m sure Brett wouldn’t mind.”
“I bet he wouldn’t,” Eric mumbled to himself.
“Please E. It will be fun.”
He looked at Lacey who was still looking at the map. When she noticed he was looking, she returned his gaze and smiled. “So,” he huffed out as he muted his phone. “Shondra wants to make this a couple’s trip. What do you think about that?”
She didn’t like the idea of Brett coming along, but she figured she would have to accept it since she’s now dating Eric.
“It’s fine.”
“Are you sure?” He squinted his eyes.
“Yes, Eric.”
“Okay.” He got back on the phone and told Shondra good news. She squealed with excitement, which caused Eric to move his ear away from the phone.
“But Shondra?”
“Yes?” She answered in a more calm tone.
“You have to book your own flight. I would love some alone time with Lacey at least the first day there.”
“Okay, I can do that.”
“Good, now I have to go and get ready to pack.” He hung the phone and grabbed Lacey’s hand.
“I’m so sorry, babe.”
“It’s okay. They are your friends.” She tried to be more understanding. “I would never make you choose between me and them.”
Eric flashed a smile. “You wouldn't have to because you’re already mine.” He leaned in and kissed her neck. The feeling of electricity running through her body made her tilt her neck to give him more access. Yes, she wanted Eric, but she was also worried that she was going to be judged. A moan fell from her lips as he nibbled on her neck. His warm tongue swirled across her skin until he began to suck on it. It made her more aroused. He wrapped his arm around her lower back and pulled her forward as he laid flat on the sofa. He liked seeing her on top of him. With their foreheads touching and heavy breathing between them, he gazed deeply into her eyes, before claiming her lips again.
His hands roamed her lower back. She ran her fingers through his hair. She wanted him and she knew he wanted her. In a way, she felt like she was betraying Brett, but she quickly pushed those thoughts away as she fully intended to focus on Eric. They’ve been seeing each other for some time now and now she’s officially off of the market. She was ready to go that next step with him.
He tugged at her dress as she lifted it over her head. When she stood there in only her bra and panties, Eric was in a trance. He couldn’t believe that someone so beautiful existed and that she was his.
“Damn,” he growled. Lacey smiled at him before she climbed back up on him. Their lips met again as she wrapped her hands around his neck. Eric’s hands roamed her lower back. He unhooked her bra and tossed it on the floor. Her breasts were right at his eye level and he greedily clasped on to her n****e. Everything was gentle with him. He made her feel like she was perfect, too perfect.
She threw her head back and let out breathy moans as his tongue lapped at her n*****s. Her hands gripped his shoulders, as she started to give into her desires.
Eric’s hands traveled down to her hips before he gripped her ass. Their lips touched again as Lacey roamed her hands down to his pants. She loosened the string and stood as Eric followed. The pants fell immediately exposing his bulge. The condom fell out of pocket when his pants hit the floor. Lacey picked it up and just looked at it and then at him. They stood there closely, staring at each other. They wondered who was going to make the first move. Lacey’s mind battled at the fact that Eric is now her boyfriend, but she still felt attached to Brett. She took a deep breath, pushing the thoughts of him out of her mind.
“Lacey, if you’re not ready I understand,” Eric said gently.
“I’m ready. I want to do this. I want to move on and I want to do that with you.” She pushed him back on the couch and climbed on top of him. She slid her panties to the side as Eric began to nip at her neck and chest. She opened the wrapper and put the condom on before aligning herself with him. She closed her eyes as she lowered herself on him.
“Ahhhh,” she moaned. She bounced up and down as Eric followed her rhythm. He snaked his arm around her and began to pump faster. Lacey cried out in pleasure as Eric pushed in and out of her wet folds. He enjoyed the feel of her tight core gripping him, he continued to kiss her as he stroked her. Her body began to shake as her fold tightened around his covered shaft. He found his release and groaned into her neck as he spasm against her. They stayed locked in each other’s embrace until their breathing began to slow down.
“Wow,” Lacey smiled.
“Wow yourself. You are a little siren.” Eric played with the ends of her hair.
“A siren? Sure I am.” She chuckled. “You’re the one to talk.”
“I’m serious. That was…Wow.” He smiled at her as he kissed her again. Before things got heated again, Lacey broke the kiss.
“We need to get ready for Shanghai.”
Eric groaned. “Okay.”
They both got up and dressed. They agreed that they would meet at the airport and then Lacey left. When she made it home, she parked her truck and smiled. She and Eric had s*x. She couldn’t believe it. It was great. She felt great, but she also felt sad. Sad that Brett was in the back of her mind and she had to force him out. She doesn’t know what’s going to happen on this trip, but seeing him again is only going to bring those thoughts of him to the front of her mind and she couldn’t allow that. So, she made a goal of avoiding him as much as possible.
