"What happened?" May asked, moving closer to Adrian, her voice tinged with concern
Adrian returned the phone to his pocket with a smile, "It's nothing, you don't need to worry" he assured
"I was never worried" she stated disgustingly and rolled back to her wardrobe
"Welcome to California! What's up with you? We have so much to catch up, yunno" he broke out cheerfully as he sat on her bed
"We're no longer together, Adrian and you have to accept that. I'm no longer the 18 year old May who will cling to you, I have so many priorities" she stated, folding her clothes into her wardrobe without sparing a glance
"Priority? Adrian scoffed and sprung up to his feet, tell me a better lie, May" he whispered, admiring the flower vase, "NX regular rooms do better than this and this is a VIP room?"
