**An hour ago**
Anne was almost scared to death by that cold still figure suddenly appeared in her room from nowhere.
She had just finished her shift in the kitchen at night. When she pushed open her bedroom door, she instantly saw that still figure standing right in the middle of her room like a cold stone, with a pair of distant eyes fixed right on her.
The light was off. Anne was only able to see his outline via the dim light that leaked into her room from the corridor outside. She squeaked and scrambled her fingers on the wall, searching for the light desperately. When the lamp bulb lit up, she finally got a clear view of the cold figure. It was familiar to her but, at the same time, scared the hell out of her.
