That was amazing!
Didn’t expect things to go so well. After we caught the real criminal, Cora bounded in my head excitedly.
I’m pretty excited too. To lie about the sorcery and jewelry thing made me a little bit uncomfortable. But it worked! We cleared Aries’s name successfully!
I tried my best to stay calm and asked the King with a elegant smile, “Now would you please release my husband?” It felt a little bit weird to address Aries as my husband.
The King’s face was dark and I could understand that. He hated Aries to guts for he was a weird, cursed, evil monster who couldn’t be killed.
But as I have already said, I can’t tolerate anyone being punished for the wrong reason. Before Aries turned out to be a real criminal, I’ll try my best to do the right thing to treat him
