As Lucas and Lina drove away from the beach villa, silence enveloped the car, broken only by the soft hum of the engine and the rhythmic sound of waves crashing against the shore. Lina glanced sideways at her husband, noting the tension in his jaw and the furrowed lines on his forehead.
