‘How did he do it?’ I was still surprised with the sudden turn of events. He not only helped me but also took in Mrs. Brooks and Brandon. Somehow, he did what I wanted to do. Now jasper won’t be able to hurt any girl.
“What are you staring at?” I looked at Alastair.
“I am just surprised that’s all” I murmured.
Letting out a deep sigh, I continued “just yesterday I was planning to help any girl who would form an alliance with Jasper. I am glad that you not only stopped him but also made clear what kind of person he is”
