Astrid's POV
I woke up with my head feeling light headed. I felt as if someone had banged my head on the wall. Groaning in pain, I took a look around. My eyes widened as realisation dawned on me. I have been here before, in the same room or should I say the same basement cell.
I was locked up here too many times for me to forget it. How the hell did Jasper bring me here? There was no way he could trespass Alastair's land without being noticed.
As I wrecked my brain for the possibility of him getting me here undetected, I could not come up with a single reason. There was only one possibility. Someone was helping him.
The question was who helped him?
I remembered the electric shock which I had felt when someone had hit me on the head before I went unconscious.
