I stared at Nathan wondering what was wrong. I waited impatiently for Nathan to speak, but for the longest time, he just glared at Steel without uttering a single word.
Tired of waiting, I marched to where the map was flung and picked it up, but I could not understand what exactly made Nathan flare up. All I could see were markings on certain areas of the map.
“Nathan, what does she want?” I asked.
“I am not asking for anything, I just want to be able to transport my merchandise through his land, that's all. All I ask is for a safe trade route,” she replied as though she was asking for something as simple as a candy.
