Pablo opened his eyes , he looked around , his eyes stopped at me.
"hi, you were shot”, I said pretending to be a doctor.
"hey beautiful, am I in heaven “he said. His accent had a little bit of Colombian in it .
"no you are in hospital" I said.
I had to get out of there before the real doctor comes back .
" I will get you some painkillers take it easy” I said
He held my hand .
" thank you ", he said .
"you are welcome" I said . He let go of my hand .
I quickly made my way out of the room and ran straight to the doctors changing room to take off the lab coat .
I walked quickly out of the hospital once outside I signed in relief.
Happy that he's okay .
I took a taxi back to the apartment.
