Orphanage

I had on a blue strapless skater dress with a small gold belt to go around it. I had on my gold earrings and my gold necklace that had Z in diamonds. My shoes were blue and gold heels. I had a gold Hermes bracelet and purse. My hair was curled and I had on blue lipstick.

"You look gorgeous." Bahja smiled.

"Thank you." I said. "You think Rayan will like it?"

"Of course, even if he don't ; know that I like it."

"Yeah but your opinion doesn't matter." I laughed. "His do."

"Are you nervous?" She asked.

"Nervous?! Girl please." I lied.

She raised her eyebrow.

I signed. "Okay I'm nervous, only because I really like Rayan I haven't been on a date in a minute and that movie date didn't count because I wasn't even there for 15 minutes." I laughed.

"How about a double date? Me and Craig could come."

I hugged her tight, "Go get dressed. We're leaving at 8:30 and it's 7:55."

She texted Craig and told him the plan and he agreed. She showered and put on a pink mermaid dress with rhinestones and her white heels. She had white accessories and her hair was straight.

"You look cute."

My phone began to ring, it was Rayan.

Me ; Hello ?

Sexy Face♥️ ; Come to the lobby.

I hung up. "Let's go to the lobby."

We left the room and went into the lobby. There stood Rayan and Craig in suits. Rayan hair was puffy, not in braids. It was different - but cute.

He stared at me with shock.

I looked worried. "What?"

He snapped out of it. "Star you look beautiful, extremely beautiful."

He kissed my cheek. I blushed, "Thank you Rayan, you clean up nice as well."

"Beauty, you look stunning. But it's not like it's a difference you look stunning everyday." Craig laughed.

Bahja laughed to. "Thanks, shall we go?"

We walked out and there was a limo. We all got in.

"Red Wine?" Rayan offered.

We all took a glass. "This tastes different." I said observing the cup.

"It's from 1879 Paris." Rayan spoke.

I nodded. "No wonder." I took another sip.

Restaurant

So far, everything was going great. Rayan is such a sweetheart and so is Craig. They been treating me and Bee like queens all night.

"So Star, you like it so far?" He asked.

"I'm enjoying it." I smiled.

I cut my steak and took a bite, after that I sipped my wine.

"So Rayan, what do you like about Zo?" Bee asked. "What's turning you on?"

"Bee!" I playfully punched her arm and laughed. "You don't have to ask him that."

He laughed. "Well I like her personality. The way she handles things and take her work seriously. She's funny, smart, beautiful, and knows a lot about the outside world that we don't know."

I blushed. "Yeah well I been in the outside world for 18 years." I laughed. "I know things."

"If you know things, what are waterfalls? I heard of them before but I never got to actually see one." Craig said.

"You guys don't know what a waterfall is?!" I semi yelled.

They all shook their heads no.

"Well it's like, rocks with water flowing down. It looks so beautiful up close." I explained.

"Does it smell like pool water?" Bee asked. "Or...Bottle water?"

I laughed. "Smells like, free water. It has a free scent."

"Sounds cool." Rayan said.

"There's one by this lake I use to go to as a kid, wanna go?" I asked.

"We would love to!" Craig said excitedly. "I have another question though."

"What is it?"

"What's a wishing well?" He asked.

"It's like a tunnel underground sort of, with water in there, and you throw coins down there and make a wish." I explained.

"Do the wishes come true?" Rayan asked.

"For some people." I said. "Like one time, my dad wished for another kid, and now my mother is pregnant." I signed.

"That's good news, right?" Bahja asked confused.

"For them of course."

"Have any of your wishes came true?" Asked Craig.

"Not yet." I said. "Hopefully they'll come though." I sipped my wine. "Change the subject."

Lake

Before we went to the lake, we all changed into casual clothes. We sat on a bench, watching the water flow down the rocks calmly.

"It smells so, different." Bee whispered.

I nodded.

Rayan held my hand. "This is beautiful."

They all stared and admired the waterfall. I laid my head on Rayan's shoulder.

"Is it illegal to swim in the water?" Craig asked.

"It's not illegal." I said. "But you can't do it in some places, like the public. Only jungle waterfalls."

"They have jungle waterfalls to?! I love the outside world." Rayan smiled.

I lifted up my head. "Why do you guys call it 'the outside world'?"

Bee shrugged. "Does it have a name?"

"Well some call it outside but not outside world."

"Oh okay." She said still looking at the waterfall.

"How long were you guys in the orphanage?"

"I was 6 when I arrived, of course that was over 12 years ago that I actually been outside so it's different from Morris. Morris has everything inside, so we don't go out as much." Rayan explained.

"I was 15." Bee said. "But with my mother being so strict I was homeschooled and I couldn't go out on weekends."

"I was 2, I couldn't remember anything anyway, so this world is new to me." Craig said.

I nodded my head. "Well with me being around, we'll be going outside a lot okay guys. We should head back to Morris though, it's almost midnight."

"What does that mean?" Bed asked.

I looked her. "The freaks come out at night."

Room

I laid in bed, texting Rayan. He's so funny and cute, I think I'm in love. Maybe, I dunno.

"Had fun?" Asked Bee.

I nodded. "Yes I did, you?"

She shrugged. "Kind of. I just feel dirty."

She plopped onto my bed. "Why?" I asked.

She signed. "Craig is so nice and sweet to me. He never cheated."

"You didn't cheat either." I laughed.

She looked at me. "Me and you kissed, he doesn't know."

I groaned. "Bee it's not that serious okay."

"Yes it is!" She yelled. "I never kissed someone besides Craig, not even a girl."

I jumped up. "Your saying it like it's a bad thing!"

"It is!" She shouted.

We both stayed quiet for a minute. She grabbed her phone and put on her slippers and left, I feel bad for shouting at her only because she's so fragile and soft.

I laid in bed again and finished texting Rayan.

Me - What are you doing sexy face?

Rayan - Playing 2k13 with Chresanto.

Me - Are you winning?

Rayan - Nope lol

Me - Aww that's okay, your a winner to me

Rayan - Aw that's sweet.

Me - Come by my room?

Rayan - Your lonely.

Me - Sorta :/

I rushed out of bed and took a shower. I washed off all my makeup and washed my black hair. After that I put on my Cookie Monster onesie and my blue Uggs. I put my wet, curly, hair into a island bun and put on my silver, flitter headband. I changed my sheets and popped some popcorn.

15 minutes later it was a knock at the door. I opened it and hugged Rayan tightly.

"Hey Star." He kissed my cheek.

I looked at him. "Cheek, really?"

He laughed. "Yeah, really." He sat on my bed. "Wassup?"

I shrugged. "Watching Jersey Shore." I sat next to him.

"Favorite show?"

I nodded. "Did you have fun tonight? Did you enjoy me?"

He smiled. "Yes I enjoyed you very much Star."

He pulled out his phone and began texting. "Get off your phone." I demanded.

"Why? Your not saying or doing anything."

"Watch tv with me." I said.

"No thanks." He locked his phone. "I don't watch fake reality shows."

"It's not fake!" I laughed. "100% real."

I laid my head on his shoulder and signed.

"What's wrong Star?" He asked.

"Bahja, we had a little argument."

"Why?" He lifted up my head. "Are you guys still friends?"

"Hopefully!" I whined.

"What happened?"

I signed. "It's too much to say."

"Just tell me."

I ignored him, of course I need to express my feelings to someone but not Rayan. He's like my future boyfriend and he can't know that me and Bee kissed.

"I get it." He laughed. "You don't wanna tell me."

"I want to" I said quickly. "But I can't."

"Are you keeping secrets from me?" He asked. He stood up. "Why?"

"Because I don't want you to know." I said with a attitude.

"Zonnique if were going to start a relationship you can't lie." He said slightly annoyed.

I rolled my eyes. "I can't tell you everything, you don't tell me everything."

"I don't tell you everything because you already know everything!"

"Oh really?" I stood up to. "Who were you just texting?" I grabbed his phone.

"Zonnique stop it."

I tried his code and it was wrong. "Unlock it."

"Zonni-"

"Unlock it Rayan." I demanded.

He snatched his phone and unlocked it. I snatched it back and began to read his text messages.

Lourdes ; You know I still love you girl!!!

Mom ; Love you too mother

Craig ; Yeah I know, too much!

Sophie ; Lol you already know

I looked at him. "Lourdes, really?"

"My ex." He snatched his phone.

"Why are you telling her you still love her?!" I yelled.

"I don't tell lies Zonnique." He signed and shook his head. "Have a great night." He walked out.

I signed and laid in bed. I began to feel a tear drop down on my face. I was crying. Real tears. I wanna go home. Not my home - just the 'outside world'.

I slowly picked up my phone and dialed a number. After 4 rings it answered.

"Hello?"
