One of the biggest events in Skaydal is the wine and beer festival and that time was coming up. I had been hoping to catch Sierna but she wasn’t working today and from the sounds of it, she had gone to the next town – Myersville – to explore and do some shopping. I wasn’t sure how I felt about her being in another town where I couldn’t protect her, but I had to remind myself that she wasn’t mine to protect. She wasn’t mine yet. I listened in on some of the conversations happening around me about the upcoming festival and I couldn’t help but smile.
